| Content | Panchaskar Churn is used for treatment of stomach related disorders such as indigestion, colic (abnormal pain), and constipation. It contains carminative (agent expel gas from the stomach) activity thus helpful in treating digestive disorders. It is used in maintaining vata and kapha. It maininy contains five ingredients Svarnapatri (Cassia angustifolia), Harad (Terminalia chebula),Sonth (Zingiber officinale), Sounf (Foeniculam vulgare) and Sendha Namak.
Doses:- ½ to 1 Teaspoon (3 to 6 gm) before going to bed at night with luke warm water or as directed by the physician.
